Research Interests

My research interests are largely concerned with the uses of information. While at San Jose School of Library and Information Science, I did a study on the types of reference questions that users of virtual reference services asked in an attempt to discern patterns of user information.

The role of the Internet and the realationship of libraries to the Internet is another area of on-going interest. The proliferation of online, interactive tools has opened up the possiblity of extending the library's reach into the community.
